Hello! I’m grateful to e-meet you and connect here! I’ve been a seeker of the Divine and the spiritual journey since I can remember. I was raised as a young child in the Baptist church then through the years in various evangelical Christian traditions - as a denominational ‘mutt’ of sorts, if you will - until I began to question my faith and beliefs. I went through a period of faith deconstruction. In 2019, I found a personal calling to contemplative practices and found spiritual formation through my faith shift and the experience of having a Spiritual Director for the first time.  

 

Spiritual Direction was a life changing, essential part of my faith reconstruction, and as a result, I entered the Spiritual Direction training program in the fall of 2020 at Heart Paths DFW, graduating in the spring of 2023.  I am called to both Spiritual Direction and facilitating Spiritual Formation through contemplative practices, spiritual disciplines and meditation.  One of my 3 years of direction training was spent in the Ignatian Exercises, and I have a heart for Ignatian prayer in my Spiritual Direction practice.

I have been a professional actor and singer in musical theatre productions for over 20 years.  I have a Bachelor’s degree in Voice/Musical Theatre Performance from Wichita State University.  I’ve toured nationally and internationally with musical productions and performed in regional theaters across the country.  I have a heart for artists and the creatively inclined. I feel that my calling as a creative artist, Spiritual Director and formation facilitator go hand in hand.

I am currently accepting Directees age 18 and older who desire a soul friend and co-listener with them in their spiritual journey.  I have a heart to sit with those who are experiencing their own faith shift and/or deconstruction and reconstruction. I am a LGBTQ+ affirming ally and a feminist. 

 

I am open to Directees not only of the Christian tradition but those that perhaps find themselves as: spiritual but not religious, spiritually curious, or practitioners of faiths other than Christianity. I am a member of Spiritual Directors International, and I receive regular Spiritual Direction Supervision.

 

I live in Fort Worth, Texas with my husband of 13 years, Frank and my soul-dog Daphne. I love to travel, read, journal with fountain pens and perform onstage in musicals and plays when the opportunity arises. 

 

I am available for in-person sessions in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, as well as on Zoom.
